This is a State of
Oklahoma, Office of Juvenile Affairs (OJA) computer system
provided only for authorized use. This system, and all
related hardware and software, may be monitored for network
management, security review, audit and testing purposes and
to ensure lawful use. This includes the recording,
copying, and examination of information viewed, entered, and
transmitted. Evidence of unauthorized use gathered
during monitoring may be used for criminal, civil, or
disciplinary action. Use of this system, authorized or
unauthorized, constitutes consent to monitoring.
Employees of OJA and it's contractors are advised that
release of sensitive information, as defined by the State of
Oklahoma and OJA Policy/Procedures, constitutes a security
violation. All security violations of this type shall
be reported for possible investigation.
